Account and data deletion

Charge Roster users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time, even if they no longer have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Send an email to DriveCalmLabs@gmail.com from the email address used for your Charge Roster account. Use the subject Charge Roster account deletion.

Please include:

• the email address associated with your Charge Roster account;
• the workplace or organization name, if known; and
• a clear statement that you want your Charge Roster account deleted.

If you cannot send the request from your registered email address, tell us why. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.

What will be deleted

After the request is verified, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Charge Roster account, including where applicable:

• your Charge Roster authentication account and account identifier;
• your personal workplace membership and role associations;
• invitations associated with your email address;
• personal reservation and scheduling identifiers linked to your account; and
• other account-specific personal data that is no longer required.

Workplace data and administrator accounts

A workplace, site, charger configuration or booking rule may belong to an organization rather than to one individual account. Deleting your personal account does not automatically delete shared workplace records needed by other authorized users.

Where shared operational records need to remain, we remove or anonymize your personal identifiers where reasonably possible. If you are the only administrator of a workplace, we may contact you before deletion so that administration can be transferred or the workplace can be closed safely.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or establishing or defending legal claims. Any retained information is kept only for the relevant purpose and for no longer than reasonably necessary.

How long deletion takes

We aim to complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days. We will contact you if we need additional information to verify the request or if a legally permitted retention requirement affects part of the data.
