Booking reminders

Where charging reminders are enabled in the Charge Roster mobile experience, they can call attention to an upcoming reservation and the end of a reserved slot, when the charger should be made available for the next driver.

Treat the start and end times in the booking details as the authoritative schedule. A notification does not operate the charger or confirm that a vehicle started or stopped charging.

If a reminder does not arrive

• Open Bookings to check the current reservation details.
• Check that notifications are allowed for Charge Roster in your device settings.
• Keep your own calendar reminder by using Add to calendar from an upcoming booking when useful.
