Manage people and access

Give people charging access and separately grant administrative capabilities where needed.

Give employees charging access

From the organisation's People area, create an invitation covering the charging sites the employee may use. Share it only with the intended colleagues before it expires. Employees sign in with their own account and accept the invitation for the selected sites.

Grant management access separately

Use the least capability the person needs. Keep employee charging access and management authority separate so a person's administrative responsibilities do not silently change where they may charge.

  • Charging access does not make the person an administrator.
  • Management invitations for Owner, Site Administrator and Billing Administrator capabilities are intended for the named recipient.
  • Site Administrator is organisation-wide operational administration; Billing Administrator is commercial administration; the two capabilities can be combined without making the person an Owner.
  • Management rights do not automatically provide personal charging access.
