Set up workplace sites and chargers

Create a site

A site represents one physical workplace and provides the local context for its chargers, people and schedule. Add a separate site for each workplace that needs its own charging schedule and settings.

Add chargers

Every charger belongs to a site. These are scheduling records: Charge Roster works alongside the installed hardware and does not require a charger-control integration.

1. Open the organisation's Sites area and choose the site to manage.
2. Add a charger with a clear name. You can also record its location, connector type and charging power when known.
3. Review the charger and set its weekly availability before employees book it.
